CES 2020: ASUS Announces the Dual GeForce RTX 2070 MINI
Fancy A Wee RTX In Your System?
ASUS have shrunk the RTX 2070 to squeeze it into the Intel NUC 9 Extreme Kit and Intel NUC 9 Pro Kit, with both a reference card and one sporting a bit of an overclock. While they were designed to take advantage of the vented side panel of the new NUC 9 to keep their cool, that doesn’t mean they could not be transplanted into a new home.
They were crafted using ASUS’ Auto-Extreme technology, which is touted to provide more reliable components overall as well as reducing power consumption to reduce heat and environmental impact too, apparently. You should be able to get your hands on one today, or at least order it if you have a small hole in your life you would like to fill.
In not too long these cards will be joined by a GeForce RTX 2060 MINI and GTX 1660 SUPER, though as of yet we have not seen many details on those products. As for the RTX 2070’s, you can see the specs below:
