Canonical is publishing this work under the GNU GPLv3 license. The hardy heron is on the move
Ubuntu has had a version designed for use in mobile devices, and it has received a significant upgrade thanks to Canonical. Phoronix took a look at Netbook Remix, you can see pictures of the interface in their article. It will be a while before we see mobile devices shipping with it, but they will arrive and Phoronix is looking forward to testing at least one Intel Atom-powered device in the near future.
