AMD makes a number of 65 watt TDP CPUs and anything except out of sight GPUs ($800-$1000) doesn’t work for mainstream gaming. In addition, making it sound like you need Titanium efficiency rating on your CPU really raising the cost of the system. There are many 650-750 watt 80+ Gold power supplies from High Quality vendors that work just fine for a large majority of users. This insane push for Titanium and Platinum rated power supplies as a necessity for a quality system is crazy (just like the market for GPUs is finally approaching sanity.
